Fostering diverse and inclusive oil and gas workplaces - as oil and gas businesses focus on diversification, collaboration, integration and rapid adaptation to changing technology, a new era<br />
beckons in managing human capital that the industry must adapt to.<br />
Across a series of 6 sessions, industry leaders and inclusion and diversity advocates discussed and debated the evolving conversation on developing workforce capabilities, fostering local talent in<br />
the age of globalisation and creating a culture of co-dependence.<br />
It is only natural that the oil and gas industry should harness the magnitude of talent that is flowing<br />
into the country and the industry. <strong>ADIPEC</strong>’s Inclusion and Diversity in Energy Conference is of paramount<br />
importance to bring everyone together and direct change.<br />
