355 CALORIES | 29g PROTEIN<br />

45.8 CARBOHYDRATES | 2.4g FAT<br />

INGREDIENTS:<br />

8 x 50g musclefood peri peri beef kebabs<br />

4 x wholemeal pittas<br />

200g cherry tomatoes<br />

150g shredded lettuce<br />

TZATZIKI:<br />

220g fat free Greek yoghurt<br />

1 x cucumber, grated and squeezed dry<br />

2 x small garlic cloves, minced<br />

2tbsp. olive oil<br />

½tsp. salt<br />

½tsp. freshly ground black pepper<br />

METHOD:<br />

1. Put the beef kebabs under the grill for 4<br />

minutes on each side.<br />

2. Combine all the ingredients for the<br />

Tzatziki in a medium bowl and mix until well<br />

combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if<br />

necessary.<br />

3. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and shred the<br />

lettuce.<br />

4. Place the pittas in the toaster when there<br />

are 2 minutes left on the kebab.<br />

5. Take the beef kebabs out, cut the pittas in<br />

half and stuff them with Peri Peri beef kebabs,<br />

lettuce, cherry tomatoes and Tzatziki.<br />
