Weller heavily promotes from within whenever possible<br />
and always evaluates who is ready for promotion before<br />
looking to recruit from outside the organization. The majority<br />
of senior leaders have been promoted up through<br />
the ranks of the Company. Furthermore, women at Weller<br />
are also excelling with 49% in leadership positions.<br />

Weller holds Annual Team Member Holiday picnics with<br />
games, food, and lots of prizes. Additionally, the annual<br />
manager’s meeting is not only an opportunity to learn<br />
more and network, but also to have fun with games and<br />
group dinners. They encourage team members to participate<br />
in local charity events so they have a sense of community<br />
and well-being.<br />
SHOW ME THE MONEY<br />
Weller celebrates employee anniversaries with cash/gift<br />
cards so they can spend it freely. They recognize employee<br />
birthdays, as well as encourage team members to<br />
share their best practices/experiences on Weller Yammer.<br />
Also, Weller University training class achievements are announced<br />
company-wide.<br />
