Originally formed in 1991, ZRS is a multfamily
property management company
that specializes in managing class A midrise,
high rise, and garden-style apartment
communities on behalf of various
institutional clients, partnerships, and
individual owners.
In 2010, ZRS Management, LLC became
a stand-alone third-party management
company. They currently manage over
49,000 units in Florida, Georgia, Texas,
Chicago, Maryland, and Virginia.
