Fogelman offers associate recognition programs for each<br />
position within the company. These go on throughout the<br />
year and they also get teams together for monthly calls,<br />
associate breakfasts, family picnics and Annual Leadership<br />
Conference events. They invest and train employees by<br />
sending them to conferences and industry events.<br />

COMMUNITY AND THEIR PEOPLE<br />
Fogelman has fun all the time and has a FUN Committee<br />
to ensure it! The Fogelman CARES initiative provides ways<br />
to give back and have fun at the same time. This year they<br />
are supporting The Ronald McDonald House as their national<br />
charity. Since they have houses regionally in their<br />
markets associates are able to participate in social events<br />
and meals locally together.<br />

Leadership encourages, coordinates and even helps with<br />
nominations of associates and teams for national awards.<br />
Some of the larger regions have created their own unique<br />
awards programs. Empowering and supporting associates<br />
leads to higher engagement and allows for celebration of<br />
them more often.<br />
