Every May, employees are encouraged to give back to their<br />
community for “Doing Good in the Neighborhood.” They<br />
have a fun and friendly competition raising money in October<br />
for Breast Cancer Awareness. All employees are also<br />
eligible for CHRES bucks for going above and beyond in<br />
their communities. Each CHRES buck can be exchanged for<br />
a gift card.<br />

WATCH OUT<br />
Carter-Haston definitely believes in a work hard play hard<br />
philosophy. Communities often do after work outings,<br />
birthday celebrations and sporting events. The corporate<br />
office loves trivia, happy hour and recently attended the<br />
Professional Bull Riding circuit!<br />
LUXURY REWARD TRIPS AND<br />
AWARDS BANQUETS<br />
CH hosts an annual conference for managers and supervisors<br />
which includes an awards banquet celebrating successes<br />
for the properties. They host a luxurious reward<br />
trip for the properties that exceed NOI or perform better<br />
than budget. Team days are hosted regionally to encourage<br />
and inspire all site staff while the managers/supervisors<br />
hold down the fort.<br />
