AT RADCO<br />
RADCO’s internal motto is “work hard, play hard.” They<br />
have closed down properties and provided team members<br />
with paid time off for community and wellness events.<br />
They launched “Get Your THRIVE On Day,” where each<br />
community was challenged to complete an activity promoting<br />
physical health and wellness as a team.<br />

KEEP EVERYONE ENGAGED<br />
RADCO grants each of their team members with one day<br />
of “Volunteer Time Off” each year to encourage giving back<br />
to the community. They also host a holiday party in each of<br />
their target markets for their employees to celebrate their<br />
accomplishments at year end.<br />
YAMMER ON, WE’RE WATCHING!<br />
RADCO’s internal social media channel, Yammer, is utilized<br />
as a virtual forum for their team members to be recognized<br />
and “shout out” their team’s accomplishments. They<br />
also hold a monthly web show hosted by their leaders with<br />
various segments recognizing the onsite teams.<br />
