Centra Patrners Management celebrates the big stuff with<br />
annual holiday parties and ceremonies as well as a staff<br />
dinner with the owners and senior management team.<br />
They chill out during the summer with a party at the lake<br />
and plan fun team-building events like escape rooms and<br />
movies.<br />
EDUCATION FUND KEEPS<br />
CENTRA ON TOP<br />
Centra Partners Management provides their team members<br />
with the ability to attend industry educational conventions<br />
to keep up with the ever-growing <strong>Multifamily</strong><br />
Industry of today. They have an education fund that provides<br />
for and pays for continuing growth and training, as<br />
well as out of state conferences.<br />

experience and the ideas obtained from other winners<br />
at the ceremony, employees voted and the top 3 ideas<br />
were implemented. They now send out work anniversary<br />
cards, hold event raffles, and have more employee functions.<br />
Associates were all made aware they were the reason<br />
