UNIQUE TEAM PROVIDING
EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES
As both a nonprofit organization and social enterprise,
Pathlight HOME is itself unique among multifamily providers.
In addition to the ongoing responsibilities adherent
in the industry, their team boasts a special “icing on the
cake.” They permanently house more than 600 formerly
homeless men and women in their facilities, helping them
to change their lives.
SPECIAL TRAINING FOR SPECIAL
HEARTS
They uniquely provide their entire staff with special training
in a variety of social services arenas to support them
as they assist residents; and they partner with community
agencies and other nonprofits for staff to call upon. The
associates’ personal wellbeing is of utmost importance to
Pathlight, as evidenced by the meetings, gatherings and
celebrations.
COMPASSION AND FUN ARE A
GREAT MIX
Quarterly team-building events, which begin with the presentation
of their “Years of Service” anniversary pins, and
blossom into special group activities such as a painting
parties (complete with instructor and snacks), offsite holiday
luncheons, gift exchanges, the Andretti Indoor Karting
experience, and an exciting Escapology adventure are a
wonderful way to say, “Thank you.”
