Pathlight HOME is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
organization which is Central Florida’s
first and largest provider of permanent
affordable apartment units for
homeless men and women. Through
their proven Housing First model, four
Supportive Housing Programs, compassionate
property management, and two
economic social enterprise programs,
Pathlight HOME is changing the lives of
homeless and low income persons in
their community.
Every day, Pathlight HOME provides
more than 600 formerly homeless residents
with permanent housing and support
services, offering hope and a sense
of pride not found on the street or in the
woods. Over the course of our 27 years
of service to the community, they have
provided over 6,000 people with stable
housing and a new outlook on life. Because

situations, their work is not for the
faint of heart. Employees see their
work as a mission of helping those
who need it the most. They act as
a family to each other and while
they are not a faith-based organization,
they rely on faith in everything
they do.
Because they are a non-profit, they
have a small margin of “profit” to
reward employees. Even with this
small margin, they make a diligent
