IMT’s goal is to make the everyday work experience enjoyable
as well as productive. One of the ways this is accomplished
is by incorporating fun into meeting agendas such
as a Zumba break; holding a jeopardy themed contest with
work related questions; and celebrating recent birthdays,
anniversaries, promotions, and accomplishments.

IMT is mindful that what one person views as most meaningful
may not resonate as strongly for another. Therefore,
celebrations are provided in different forms to ensure
that each person feels valued. Celebrations are
periodic, planned and unplanned, announced and unannounced
for elements of fun and excitement in the work
environment.
YOU HAD ME AT SNACKS
The IMTeam Cafe is the hub of the office. It’s a comfortable
room with pleasing décor, music or TV playing, and it’s
stocked with a variety of healthy snacks and drinks. It’s a
significant ongoing expense that has paid huge dividends
in the form of enhanced teamwork and connection with
the company.
