Throughout the year, each region comes together to celebrate<br />
their accomplishments and to promote camaraderie<br />
through Regional Fun Days. This is so important to CWS<br />
as a company, they made it a company-wide objective to<br />
celebrate with family picnics, boat day, sporting events,<br />
holiday celebrations, pot lucks, pizza days, and ice cream<br />
parties.<br />
GIVING BACK AS A TEAM<br />
NATIONWIDE<br />
To give team members the opportunity to volunteer together,<br />
CWS came up with National Day of Caring. Through<br />
several organized volunteer events nationwide, team<br />
members participate in various opportunities during the<br />
work day. It is one of the most anticipated days of the year.<br />
“One Team. One Goal. One Day.”<br />
PROMOTING THE FAMILY BOND<br />
BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS<br />
YouEarnedIt! is an online program that allows team members,<br />
managers, and leaders to recognize each other. They<br />
can give points from their giving bucket to other team<br />
members across the CWS Nation. They can then redeem<br />
these points for experiences, parties with their team, gift<br />
cards, additional giving points, or purchase items of their<br />
choice.<br />
