The heart of Presidium truly lies within the people in the<br />
office. In an effort to emphasize the community feel within<br />
the company, Presidium runs an internal Facebook page<br />
dedicated to employee shout-outs for birthdays, work anniversaries,<br />
promotions, and exciting life events such as<br />
births, marriages and graduations.<br />
SURPRISE TREATS, OFFICE<br />
PRANKS, AND POPCORN<br />
Team members engage in silly office pranks and are often<br />
surprised with treats in the lounge, movies and popcorn in<br />
the conference room and attend scheduled summer team<br />
building events. The office is outfitted with fun activities<br />
such as a ping pong table and an on-going customized<br />
“company photo” puzzle in the lounge.<br />

In order to support a healthy lifestyle, Presidium team<br />
members also make sure to get active together. The team<br />
routinely schedules private, company-sponsored cycling<br />
or Zumba classes in the afternoon.<br />
