experiences for their team when they reach milestone anniversaries<br />
with the company. These experiences include<br />
trips, cruises, concerts, sporting events and more. Even<br />
the Executive and Leadership team went on a white-water<br />
rafting in Colorado.<br />
ANNUAL RECOGNITION FOR THE<br />
ENTIRE COMPANY IS A MUST<br />
Every year BRC holds their annual Summit. It is an opportunity<br />
for the entire team to come together to learn, grow,<br />
and enhance their company culture. They have an awards<br />
dinner and recognize all the teams and team members<br />
that have excelled throughout the year.<br />
FEEDBACK IS CRUCIAL FOR<br />
ASSOCIATE ENGAGEMENT<br />
Every March and September BRC hosts a group outing for<br />
all of service managers followed by a round table discussion<br />
on how to improve as a company. The same is done<br />
for community managers every April and October. These<br />
activities provide a source for bonding and fun, and a platform<br />
to talk about current issues.<br />
