Volunteer hours are paid for by the company for Olympus<br />
employees to participate in local volunteer opportunities,<br />
such as the Boys & Girls Club and blood drives. They also<br />
participate in local apartment association events with other<br />
management companies.<br />

Every Friday, the Olympus team sends shout-outs to<br />
everyone highlighting the great work employees are doing.<br />
Within each region of the country, the top team is selected<br />
based on overall performance in service requests<br />
completed, budgets met, and overall customer satisfaction<br />
as monitored through surveys.<br />
ESCAPE ROOMS AND SWAG KEEP<br />
THE MOMENTUM HIGH<br />
To boost morale, Olympus’ training and human resources<br />
team leaders travel to the various regions around the<br />
country and take associates out to do fun activities, like escape<br />
rooms, with their colleagues they may not see every<br />
day. Also, new hires receive welcome packets with unique<br />
Olympus branded items.<br />
