Bascom hosts a team building event each summer so employees<br />
can bond outside of the office. Past events have<br />
included a badminton tournament, trip to Catalina to zip<br />
line, paintballing, learning the sport of curling, and sailing.<br />

Bascom offers one to one vacation time for any time spent<br />
volunteering with a non-profit organization. Bascom also<br />
encourages employees to become involved with local<br />
charities they are passionate about, helping strengthen<br />
the community.<br />

Bascom hosts a celebratory dinner for all internal employees<br />
at the beginning of each year to show appreciation for<br />
each employee’s hard work and dedication, and to celebrate<br />
the beginning of a new year. Bascom hand-delivers<br />
cookie baskets and gift cards for 3rd party onsite employees<br />
at each property to show appreciation each December.<br />
