Associates who have reached or exceeded 10 years of<br />
service with Gables are eligible for a six-week leave of absence<br />
with base pay. Every 5 years thereafter, associates<br />
are eligible for another sabbatical.<br />
A LITTLE SUNSHINE GOES A LONG<br />
WAY AT GABLES<br />
Gables provides financial assistance to associates in need.<br />
Through voluntary contributions given by fellow Gables<br />
associates, the fund provides assistance to those in the<br />
midst of a severe personal crisis. Established in 2002, this<br />
program has paid out over $250,000 to associates in need.<br />
