At Passco, everyone gets their birthday off! They also<br />
have Trivia Fridays, close the office early during summer<br />
months, and highlight an employee each month in their<br />
newsletter. They celebrate anniversary milestones and<br />
significant growth by giving awards and cash gifts. And individuals<br />
are nominated for industry recognized awards.<br />

ABOUT PASSCO<br />
Passco has “Cookies & Crap” days where the President will<br />
take associates to the local bakery to buy treats for fun.<br />
They also volunteer together at local charity events, participate<br />
in a company-wide summer getaway, and have random<br />
pizza parties because it’s either raining or the wind is<br />
too bad to go outside.<br />

Team members are celebrated with special awards for<br />
those who go above and beyond the call of duty at work.<br />
Associates receive corporate recognition at all staff meetings<br />
