VALIANT SPIRIT RUNS DEEP<br />
One unique thing Valiant does for their team members is to<br />
award an “MVP (Most Valiant Professional) of the Month.”<br />
The MVP of the Month is nominated by their peers and/or<br />
supervisor to recognize an individual who embodies the<br />
“Valiant spirit” and goes above and beyond in their job.<br />
PREPARING FUTURE<br />
GENERATIONS<br />
Valiant Residential offers scholarships to dependents and/<br />
or children of Valiant employees who attend any 2 or 4<br />
year accredited college, university, or technical school.<br />
EVERYDAY IS DONUT DAY<br />
Valiant Residential has monthly themed “Fun Days” where<br />
team members let loose a little and have some fun. The<br />
“Fun Days” can be anything from celebrating National Donut<br />
Day or showing off their fan status by wearing their<br />
favorite sports team jersey. To kick off summer and pool<br />
season, site team members showed off their favorite Hawaiian<br />
shirts and tropical gear.<br />
