This year as part of the DASMEN Awards celebration, all<br />
employees got the opportunity to attend theme parks and<br />
ride go-carts. A volleyball tournament was held this summer<br />
to encourage team building and healthy competition.<br />
Laser tag, water sports, and a NYC Broadway show are just<br />
some fun ways DASMEN Residential has provided an energized<br />
culture for associates.<br />

Multiple contests are held each year to give all associates<br />
an opportunity to challenge themselves to go further than<br />
they knew possible and to earn recognition. Holiday parties,<br />
Quarterly HQ Summits, and world-renowned motivational<br />
speakers are a few more unique things DASMEN<br />
Residential does to appreciate the organizational and individual<br />

numerous events are hosted for staff to enjoy and to aid<br />
in their development. A Property Manager Summit occurs<br />
annually to bring all managers together for a few days to<br />
