TRAILER ROLL STABILITY SUPPORT
RSS 2M
WABCO’s four-sensor, two-modulator Roll Stability Support (RSS) 2M
Trailer Safety System combines the benefits of antilock brake performance
and trailer stability control in a single unit. Systems are available for OEM
and retrofit installations.
RSS 2M is an advanced roll mitigation system that provides independent
side-by-side control for optimum rollover protection. The system automatically
accounts for the load status and calculates lateral acceleration while driving.
In the event a potential rollover is detected, full brakes are applied, thereby
reducing the likelihood of a rollover.
According to NHTSA rollover studies conducted with the WABCO RSS, the
presence of a WABCO Trailer RSS results in improved stability when no tractor
stability control system is present. The RSS system is also effective when the
companion tractor is equipped with a stability control system. 1

OxyChem SW2
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
OxyChem SW2 is a cutting-edge eco-friendly polymer formulated specifically to
clean and coat ferrous and non-ferrous substrates in a single step. OxyChem SW2’s
polymer-based chemistry produces exceptional corrosion resistance by forming a
nanoscale crosslink between the surface of the substrate and the paint. OxyChem
SW2 is an organofunctional group comprised of Nano Atoms and Organic
Molecules and when utilized as a final seal the nano molecular atoms bond with the
substrate forming metal hydroxides; while the organic molecules form a stable
molecular bond with the paint resins creating a triple-layer synergistic cross-link
bond comprised of Substrate, Polymer and Paint. OxyChem SW2 does not require
excessive dwell time nor the destruction of surface oxides to build a film like
conventional heavy-metal and iron phosphate pretreatments. OxyChem SW2 is
extremely waste treatment friendly.

Inspect lights, air system for operation and grease all fitting after paint
Installed per NHTSA specs on sides and rear of trailer. Place above bump guard on both sides.
Need placement unit number - one each side, total [4]
Label Master placards, (3) per side. ( Must be 3 inches apart )
Re-Install or Add CS - 712 Camera & HCS-700D Sonar System ✓
