• SuFO
Students’ Feedback On-line (SuFO) is the University’s system in
obtaining feedbacks from the students in a particular academic semester.
SuFO functions as a mechanism to facilitate faculties, academic centres, and
UiTM branch campuses in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning
activities.
A mandatory exercise, SuFO contains 24 questions covering
aspects of students’ perceptions on academic courses attended, lecturers’
professionalism, teaching and learning activities, and the related
infrastructures.
• KiFO
Soft Skills or ‘Kemahiran Insaniah’ (KI) is an approach introduced by
the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (KPTM) to develop the human
capital of Public Institution of Higher Learning (IPTA) as set out as one of the
country’s main agenda in the 9th Malaysia Plan (RM- 9) translated into the
National Higher Education Strategic Plan (PSPTN) Critical Agenda. This is
also indirectly related to the issue of quality of IPTA products in competition
for employment in the competitive work market when students graduate.
There are seven (7) elements of KI that have been outlined by
KPTM namely communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving
skills, teamwork skills, effective learning and information management,
entrepreneurial skills, ethics and professionalism, and leadership skill
