jurídica del diseño industrial entre otros. ELITE BAGS,
S.L. es además titular de los derechos de propiedad
industrial e intelectual inherentes a la creación de los
productos y diseños, a los propios productos, así como
de las fotografías, textos y demás partes creativas y
originales de la empresa que se reproducen en este
catálogo.
En consecuencia, cualquiera que venda o
comercialice productos infringiendo nuestras marcas,
diseños, patentes o nuestra imagen, se expondrá a
las acciones judiciales que ELITE BAGS S.L estime
contra aquellos que utilicen las marcas propiedad
de ELITE BAGS S.L, o parte de las mismas, para el
registro fraudulento existe alguna relación con ELITE
BAGS S.L.
CALIDAD. Nuestra empresa está comprometida

accordingly to avoid their unlawful use on behalf
of third parties. Our designs are protected under
The European Regulation 6/2002 for the Legal

ELITE BAGS, S.L. is also the holder of the Industrial
and Intellectual copyright, inherent to the Creation
of Products and Designs, as well as Photographs,
Texts and other Creative and Original parts of the
company that are produced in this catalogue.
As a result of this, anyone selling or commercialising
products infringing our Brands, Designs, Patents or
our own Image, will be exposed to the legal action
that ELITE BAGS, S.L., will deem appropriate
against the offender. In the same way, action will
be taken against those who use the Brands or part
of the Brands belonging to ELITE BAGS, S.L., for
its fraudulent registry which would induce the public
to estimate that there is a relationship with ELITE
BAGS, S.L.
