The use of high quality bristle materials grants a high brush life. The amount of bristles and the bristle material of the brush can be varied due to the application. The rotational speed of the brush can be adjusted by means of setting the selected value of the frequency converter in the external suction and supply unit ESUC and thus adapted to the requirements for optimal surface cleaning. 3 Jet nozzles The flat jet nozzles are supporting the transportation of the ions with an aligned flat air stream, which removes smallest particles from the surface and keeps the rotational brush dust-free. 4 Suction The dust-charged output air is removed by controlled suction via the integrated suction component and delivered to the filter unit (ESUC). Die ESUC-Versorgungseinheiten stehen in unterschiedlichen Leistungs- und Ausstattungsvarianten zur Verfügung und beinhalten alle benötigten Komponenten. Lediglich Absaugschläuche und Kabel müssen der Einbausituation individuell angepasst werden. The operation of ROTORCLEAN systems requires following components: Control for brush motor High voltage generator for ionization Maintenance unit, magnetic valve Exhaust fan and air filter For the operation of ROTORCLEAN devices we recommend the usage of an appropriate „all-in-one“ ESUC suction and supply unit. The ESUC suction and supply units are available in different sizes and with different equipments. They contain all required components so only the piping and cable layouts have to be adapted to meet the specific application requirements. (1, 5, 20, 100, 500 und 1000 µm) Summary of test results of different materials in our laboratory (PE, PC, partly coated). We tested the cleaning efficiency with cutting particles of the same material. The particles and the material surfaces are dry and oil-free. That means that the particles are loose or electrostatically adherent on the surface. We analysed marked areas before and directly after the cleaning under the microscope with particle counting in different size classes (1, 5, 20, 100, 500 and 1000 microns).
