R einigungsSysteme cle aning systems 3 4 1 2 elephant Funktionsprinzip Functional Principle 1 Ionisierung In allen Modellen des ELEPHANT werden aktive Ionisierungseinheiten eingesetzt, die staubanziehende elektrostatische Ladungen auf den Oberflächen kontinuierlich beseitigen. 2 Pulsierende Druckluft Die an einer Oberfläche hartnäckig anhaftenden Partikel und Stäube können Dank eines gepulsten Druckluftstrahls wirkungsvoll erfasst und abgetragen werden, auch bei Hinterschneidungen und Vertiefungen der Bauteile. Neben der hohen Reinigungseffizienz wird zudem eine 50%ige Kosteneinsparung gegenüber dauerhafter Druckluftzuführung erzielt. Stetige Druckluft Steady air flow 1 Ionization All ELEPHANT models are equipped with active ionization elements, which are removing the dust attracting electrostatic charges from the surface. 2 Pulsed Compressed Air The particles or dust, which adhere and are hard to remove from the surface, can be effectively removed by applying a pulsed compressed airstream – even from undercuts and cavities of the components. Der Arbeitsplatz bleibt somit sauber. 4 Bedienung Am Handgerät kann die Druckluftzuführung durch einen integrierten Sensor geschaltet werden. Es werden keine mechanischen Bauelemente verwendet. Dadurch ist das System störungsunanfällig. 3 Suction The dust-charged outlet air is collected in the internal suction channel and from there removed by an external filter unit. The workplace stays dust-free. 4 Operation On the handset, the compressed air supply can be switched by a built-in capacitive sensor. No mechanical components are used.
