September saw four new members of staff join The Wilnecote School<br />

on our exciting journey to outstanding. We caught up with them to<br />

find out more about them and ask the questions that everyone wants<br />

How have you found the school so far?<br />

It has been a very friendly and welcoming<br />

I face the challenge of not having enough<br />

time to see everyone.<br />

Why did you apply for the pastoral<br />

To work and make a difference for a nonprofit<br />

organisation.<br />

throughout your career?<br />

Trading a store from £1.3 mil to £7 mil<br />
