As part of the conference programme during ADIPEC, there is a series
of technical conference presentations produced in association with
Society of Petroleum Engineers. These technical conference
presentations allow engineers and senior management team
members from leading national and international oil companies,
EPC contractors and service companies to learn about the latest
technologies and innovations for the oil and gas industry. There is the
opportunity for a company to sponsor the coffee breaks during the
technical conference sessions where delegates network and discuss
the technical presentations over the four days.

Over the four days of ADIPEC the 11,000+ strategic and technical
delegates will convene for lunch in the delegate dining area. There is
an opportunity for a company to exclusively sponsor the delegate
lunch on all four days allowing that company to position its brand
and key messaging in front of this highly influential audience of
C-level executives, decision makers, influencers and engineers. In
addition to the branding that the sponsor receives, two tables in the
delegate dining hall will be reserved for the sponsor to be able to host
guests for lunch.

DELEGATE BAG TAGS
The pens inserted into the delegate bags and distributed to the
11,000+ delegates that attend ADIPEC over the 4 days can be branded
with a company’s logo.

are then distributed with the delegate bags over the four days of ADIPEC
to the 11,000+ delegates that attend.
