The Global Meetings Programme lounge is located in Hall 15. This is
where key buyers and sellers from leading national and international
oil companies, EPC contractors and service companies meet during
ADIPEC. There is the opportunity for a company to sponsor the Global
Meetings Programme that will allow them to align their brand with
this business meeting facility.

From Halls 1 to 12 at ADNEC there are restrooms that are open to all
the 150,000+ attendees over the four days of ADIPEC. The advertising
opportunities in the restrooms allows a company to reinforce and
enhance its presence at ADIPEC to all the attendees for the duration
of the exhibition and conference.

MEDIA JACKETS
EXHIBITION HALL ENTRANCE ARCHES
The media jackets allow only accredited local, regional and
international photographers and camera crews access to the opening
ceremony, strategic conference sessions and VIP tours of the
exhibition. Branding the media jackets allows your company’s brand
to be positioned in front of the most influential decision makers in
the global Oil and Gas industry.
Companies exhibiting at ADIPEC can brand both sides of an entrance
and exit archways (pillars and overhead boards) leading into and out
of Exhibition halls 1 to 11 at ADNEC. Typically, each archway is
branded by a company exhibiting in that hall to enhance its presence
at ADIPEC beyond that of its exhibition stand while making it easy for
visitors to locate the hall they are exhibiting in.
