DNA Specialty, Inc. was established in 1984 manufacturing and supplying automotive wheel accessories under the<br />
brand <strong>Proline</strong> to distributors and dealers worldwide. In early 1990, DNA expanded into manufacturing passenger<br />
and light truck wheels under the brands Spectrum Wheels, Omni Concepts and in the mid 90’s introduced Luxor<br />

LIMITED WARRANTY<br />
Damage in Transit<br />
DNA’s responsibility ends when shipments are signed for in good condition by the carrier picking up your shipment.<br />
Claims for merchandise lost or damaged in transit must be made with the carrier. DNA will supply the customer with<br />
all shipping data upon your request.<br />
Return of Goods<br />
DNA will not accept any return without prior written authorization. All returns must be shipped PREPAID to our<br />
warehouse and must include purchase date, invoice number and a RMA number. We only accept goods returned<br />
within 30 days of purchase. If products are found to be misused, modified, improper installation or damaged by<br />
dealer or end user, DNA has the right to return the product to the dealer at their or end users expense. All warranties<br />
are non-transferable, limited to or through original retail purchaser only. DNA is not responsible for incidental or<br />
consequential damages by dealers or the end user.<br />
TERMS OF PURCHASE<br />
Shipping terms<br />
DNA Pays shipping on orders of accessory $600 or more to the west coast, $800 or more to the Midwest and $1100<br />
or more to the East coast. Maps of this divided freight territories are available from your sales rep. Free shipping on<br />
a minimum 60 wire wheels.<br />
Billing terms<br />
DNA payment terms are by Credit Card, PayPal or wire transfer only. We do not accept company checks or any type<br />
of COD on direct or drop shipped orders. All orders must be paid in full including shipping fees prior to shipping<br />
orders.
