The Kindness Girl

Once upon, there was a
young girl called Abigail,
she was sweet, amorous
and kind, who lived in an
old house on the other
side to the forest with
her mother a recognized
seamstress.

One day, her mother asked
to Abigail to go to the town
to bringing food because of
the winter. Her mother
enlisted the float with a
basket, an especial coat,
and some water. Abigail
went up to the float and
her mother told her:
“Abigail, be careful, keep in
the way and don`t go into
the forest”. Abigail nodded
and said goodbye to her
mother.

When the sunset
came down, Abigail
felt cold, she
looked for her coat
with one hand and
the wind run away it
toward the forest.
Abigail stopped the
float and went down
to look for the
coat.

While, she was looking for her coat, the night came. Suddenly, the forest came alive.
Abigail Heard a noise, she was frightening. She found the coat, and this began to
shine. Thus, she took it and ran to the float.

But she tripped with the trunk and fell. She got up and saw something was flying
around her. So, she put on the coat and run, but unexpectedly, something went
through. She saw a elf and asked: “Are you OK?”; The elf said: “yes, I am” and asked:
Who are you? she answered: I am Abigail, the seamstress` daughter who lives on the
other side from the forest. Where are you going? Asked the elf; “I go to the town to
buy some food to pass the winter, but I lost the pathway” she answered. The elf saw
the coat and said: "you shouldn`t go alone, the forest is dangerous, and it has many
tricks." Abigail said: could you company to me to the pathway to retrieve my float? The
elf did. However, the witch was watching them all the time and she saw the magic coat,
thus, she followed them.

While they walked, they
found a girl crying,
Abigail became tender
and asked her: “why are
you crying?”, The girl
turned around her and
became the witch and
said: “give me that
coat”. Abigail tried to
run away, but the witch
caught her. The elf
jumped off. The witch
took Abigail to the
dungeon and the elf
followed them.

Abigail was crying in the dungeon, when the elf came to her and said: “Abigail don`t cry we can get out from
here” She asked: What does the coat have that the witch wants it?, the elf answered: “long time ago, a
woman found a tired and hungry man next to the pathway, so she carried him out to her house and she
healed him, that man saw to the woman was seaming a coat, in thankfulness the man converted the coat in a
magic coat, he said to her: “the coat will work when you finish it”. The woman finished the coat, she wore it
and the coat shone, the woman wished to be the best seamstress, and ppsshh! it was done, Also, she wished
the happiest daughter, and ppsshh! it was done. The witch found out about it and she wanted to get it. But
the woman rejected to give it to her. And the witch in revanche, made a charm and said: “per each cloth you
make, the happiness of your daughter will be reduced” that woman is your mother and you are that
daughter.

So, Abigail thought to do the
same her mother had done to
ask a wish for getting free of
the witch and then, to break the
charms and come back to house;
but she saw the coat was broken
when she fought to the witch
and it lost its magic. The elf
used his magic and gave a strand
and needle, and Abigail could
seam it again.
Suddenly, the witch
appeared in the dungeon,
Abigail put the coat on and
wished would be unseen, the
witch tried to reverse the
charm the coat did, but
Abigail push her off and took
her magic wand. Abigail
caught to the elf and ran.
The witch followed them, and
the elf told to Abigail: “use
the wand” and she said: I
wish the witch don`t have
any power” and ppsshh! the
witch lost her powers

Coming up the sunshine,
Abigail wished all witch`s
charms were undone, and it
was done. Now, the witch
was an old woman and the
elf became a prince. Then,
he took Abigail`s hand and
be so thankful that he
promised to help her the
rest of the life

They were good Friends and after time they fell in
love and got married. Thus, was how the brave and
kindness of Abigail, the prince and her mother got
freedom of the charms and were happy.
