Shifnal <strong>Town</strong> and today’s visitors continue to set an unbelievable pace<br />

at the top of the Premier Division both recording their seventh<br />

consecutive league victories to maintain their 100% records.<br />

At the Acoustafoam Stadium Shifnal recorded a 5-1 win against<br />

Worcester Raiders. Jay Holdcroft, Kyle Montague, Ben Perks, Rees<br />

Wedderburn on target as well as an own goal, Sam Carey on target for<br />

the visitors. <strong>Bewdley</strong> maintained the pressure on Shifnal also recording<br />

a 5-1 home win against Cradley <strong>Town</strong> who fell to the foot of the table<br />

with their seventh defeat in 8 games.<br />

Wolves Casuals remain the only other unbeaten Premier Division team.<br />

Cassies boss Dean Gill returned to his old stomping ground at<br />

Wednesfield where Cassies ran out 2-1 winners. Karen Danilian and<br />

Marvin Nisbett on target to give them a two goal half time lead before<br />

Cassies conceded their first league goal of the season, Wednesfield<br />

reducing the arrears with a second half penalty.<br />

Third placed AFC Bridgnorth fell to an unexpected 2-1 home defeat in<br />

the Shropshire derby against Wem <strong>Town</strong>. Goals from Callam Briscoe<br />

and Dylan Hillier giving the visitors only their second win of the season<br />

and taking them off the foot of the table.<br />

Dudley <strong>Town</strong> made it 5 league and cup wins on the bounce with a 4-0<br />

win at the Aspray Arena against pre-season promotion favourites<br />

Littleton FC. Two goals from Hinesh Patel supplemented by goals from<br />

Mitch Lawley and Lewis Taylor Boyce settled the game.<br />

At Queen Street Bilston <strong>Town</strong> beat fellow strugglers Dudley Sports 3-0,<br />

Justice Campbell (two) and Ryan Sappleton Williams on the scoresheet.<br />

In the only other game Pershore <strong>Town</strong> travelled to Smethwick Rangers<br />

emerging 3-1 winners. A 13 th minute goal from Jordan Hayward and<br />

second half goals from Sam Clark and Nick Seabourne sealed the win.<br />

In Division One shock of the day was at The Garden Walk where Gornal<br />

Athletic ruined the 100% record of leaders Willenhall <strong>Town</strong> in a 3-0<br />

victory after Willenhall missed a first half penalty.<br />

Wellington Amateurs missed the chance to leapfrog Willenhall<br />
