HALL A2 / BOOTH 540 Advertorial Concepts for effective soldering processes Solution competence beyond the standards EUTECT GmbH has been developing soldering and connection systems for the electronics industry for over 20 years. The Swabian team of experts offers an efficient, constantly evolving module system for process solutions involving soldering. The module system focuses on the core processes: selective, laser, thermode, piston, and induction soldering. For these soldering techniques, EUTECT develops special solutions tailored to the productspecific manufacturing process for its customers. Highly efficient systems for assembly and connection technology are created, starting with the machine cell, through the kinematics, to the connection process, up to quality control. The modules that are optimal for the task in terms of process technology and economic efficiency are selected and combined into reliable standalone, rotary transfer or inline production concepts. EUTECT GmbH offers a unique, versatile basis for creating individual solution concepts with a wide variety of modules. It has been shown that efficient solutions can be developed using individual modules, some of which make the production of a customer product in the first place possible. This foundation and the associated process and software know-how is also available to integrators and system manufacturers at any time. For customers or partners, the technically extensive and innovative EUTECT technical evaluation and demonstration center is available for production-ready manufacturing of A-B-C samples. EUTECT GmbH was founded in 1996 as a family business. The aim was the development of intelligent, modular soldering automations for assembly and connection technology. Today, EUTECT continues to be driven by its love of technology in the second generation. Responsible, reliable and sustainable.
