I love that sharing

has the power to
connect us &

North Americans (in general), wear the word: BUSY like it’s a badge
of honour. How many times have you asked someone how their life
is going and their answer is an exasperated, but proud: “Busy”.
It’s in response to this, that I created this edition about keeping
things simple. A gentle K.I.S.S. (Keep it simple silly!) on the cheek to
remind us that in times of stress and overwhelm that there is another
way.. Perhaps a better way.
To keep this project simple, I’ve condensed my thoughts for this
issue down to a series of curated quotes*. nestled atop a medley of
images from my archives. Images that make me smile. An
uncomplicated and meditative places to land.
