It’s the 9th month of the year — the start of the Christmas season in the Philippines. Nine<br />
months have passed, it is a reasonable time to evaluate how much you’ve accomplished<br />
this <strong>2019</strong>. So how are those New Year’s Resolutions going? So I’m asking honestly, are<br />
you doing okay?<br />
Change is not an overnight thing. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, or you want<br />
a lifestyle change, don’t expect immediate results. It requires focus, commitment, and<br />
support from people around you. You should understand that real and gratifying change<br />
happens slowly and steady. This last quarter of <strong>2019</strong>, give yourself a space to grow. You<br />
have to be committed to the concept of continuous improvement.<br />
