de lémurien et de primate au<br />
monde. Découverte par la<br />
conservationniste et primatologue<br />
Berthe Rakotosamimanana (à<br />
qui il doit son nom), cette espèce<br />
endémique de Madagascar est<br />
classée en danger critique par<br />
l’UICN. On trouve cette espèce<br />
nocturne dans la région Menabe,<br />
au Sud-Ouest de l’île.<br />

This mouse lemur, the smallest<br />
lemur and primate in the world,<br />
measures just 9.2cm and weighs<br />
30 grams. Discovered by the<br />
conservationist and primatologist<br />
Berthe Rakotosamimanana (and<br />
named after her), the species is<br />
on the IUCN critically endangered<br />
list. A nocturnal lemur, it is to be<br />
found in the region of Menabe, in<br />
the south-west of the island.<br />
