Volleyball is deservedly considered the most fun 

and active beach sport available for everybody. 

Although many people play volleyball just for fun, 

but such a "side effect" as a healthy weight loss is

According to experts, playing beach volleyball for an 

hour helps to burn at least 9 kilocalories per minute. 

They work not only the muscles of the arms, but 

also the legs, as well as the back. A flat stomach 

will become a reality for you, and not a dream, if 

you run for a few weeks on the beach with the ball 

at the net or playing with friends in a circle.

When planning your summer weekend or vacation, 

do not forget about the wonderful opportunity not 

only to relax, but also to tone up your muscles. 

It's so great to combine useful with pleasure and 

enjoy great outdoor activities! A variety of exciting 

outdoor beach games will help you get yourself in 

perfect shape or at least not lose it. Although there

high-quality clothes for children, the establishment of 

international communications in the field of children's 

fashion, and the popularization of historical and 

cultural heritage through clothing. 

The project was developed in accordance with the 

decree of the President of the Russian Federation 

“On the announcement in the Russian Federation of 

the 10th anniversary of childhood”. 

At Fashion Week, freedom of creativity was given not 

only to eminent designers in the field of the children's 

industry. It was also attended by children's groups 

and young, but already promising faces in the world 

of Kids fashion. So, the brand of designer clothes 

“A.Troll” presented its new collection “Trinity Life”, 

illustrating functionality and practicality. 

Young models defiled in silver trench coats with 

fashionable transparent bags. The collection was 

awarded by the jury and impressed the audience. 

The designer of the collection, Anastasia Troll, creates 

collections of clothes in the style of Family look 

for all family members and supports the unity and 

development of family values in society.

Since the beginning of 2019, Anastasia opened 

the School of Small Fashion Designer, where children 

from the age of 6 begin to develop an artistic and 

aesthetic taste, artistic abilities and tendencies to 

various types of art, the development of a creative 

approach, emotional perception and imaginative 

thinking. The program is aimed at preparing the 

personality of the child to comprehend the world 

of art and fashion, the formation of the desire to 

recreate the sensual image of the perceived world. 

The guys will find out where designers get their 

inspiration from, how collections of clothes are 

created, what colors and textures are “friends” 

among themselves, visit excursions and exhibitions, 

get acquainted with workshops of fashion designers 

and participate in fascinating lectures on fashion 

history and perform creative tasks in various 

decorative techniques applied art.

sings songs from her own repertoire,
