The finest way

POWDERstream ® WellnessBOX (PSWB) offers 

the experience of real powder snow in snowcabins 

worldwide. 

After a hot treatment (like hot sauna/banya/ 

steam bath), enter the snowcabin and its fascinating 

real winter scenery – this is the finest 

way to cool down. The cold air and creaming the 

skin with natural snow help to increase blood 

circulation, stimulate mind and body awaken senses 

and strengthen the immune system. 

The POWDERstream ® snowmaking systems are 

available as a COMPACT unit, which will be placed 

directly outside to the snowcabin wall, or as FLEX 

unit, which can be customized to local conditions and 

wishes. 

The machine control system is working fullautomatically. 

The cooling of the machinery by water 

enables to use a heat recovering system. 

Optional air-cooled units are available on request.

PSWB customer performance & recommendation 

Appliance and operation 

(1) Intake openings and snow separator must be controlled regularly and cleared from snow if necessary 

(2)The snow nozzle(s) is/are operated cyclically 

(3) Before snowmaking process starts, the snowcabin must be cooled approx. 1-2 hours in advance 

(depending on insulation and surrounding temperatures) 

(4) The snowcabin must be cleared at least once a day resp. soiled snow must be removed 

(5) The complete snowcabin should be defrosted once a week 

(6) Filter cleaning and compressor dewatering must be done once a week 

(7) The still-standing snow nozzles are heated and will be cleared with compressed air after snowmaking process 

(8) The defrosting of the chiller runs electrical 

(9) When too many people attend while snowmaking process the system stops automatically and continues when the set temperature is reached 

Hints 

(1) Chloric cleaner is not allowed for cleaning technical unit and components 

(2) Cleaning of the technical unit and components with high-pressure cleaner is not allowed 

(3) Entering technical room and area is only allowed for instructed personnel
