He joined in Year 3 in 2014 and this year starts Year 8. He’s embraced every opportunity open <strong>to</strong> him at school. He’s taken LAMDA speech and drama classes since he started and this year passed his Grade 5 Reading for Performance examination. In Year 6 he was Deputy Head Boy and Charities Prefect. In Year 7 Adam <strong>to</strong>ok up the electric guitar. He’s already passed his Grade 2 examination. He’s also part of the school rugby, hockey and cricket teams. He’s also a golfer and is a member of the Derbyshire County U14 Golf Squad. He works hard in his classes and this year won <strong>School</strong> Prize for Effort and the Prize for English Reading for Year 7. Adam really has made the most of his time at Derby Grammar <strong>School</strong>, and there’s still so much more <strong>to</strong> come.
