WWII has been a long-time topic of everyone as his was really a<br />

of it and with this, during your visit to the heritage centre, you would<br />

be able to see various collection of the Territory’s aviation from its<br />

pioneers and all its record breakers during the war. If you are one of<br />

those adventurous and into Sabre and Mirage jets, B52 Bomber, Huey<br />

Helicopter, this is the perfect place for you to see and explore.<br />

Darwin, a tropical city that has a bigger harbour than<br />

Sydney, is a unique-friendly-laid-back lifestyle that<br />

almost bring you back to memory lane. The calmness<br />

yet sophisticated modern city is also one immersed in<br />

history as it underwent some hardships to make it to the<br />

Asian windows. Today, with <strong>NT</strong> Commerce dwelling and<br />

businesses with its heart warming world-class natural<br />

and cultural attractions, it has also it’s calibre in thriving<br />

to be one of the best when it comes to tourism, nightlife<br />

and retail. This area can showcase a lot of attractions<br />

worth experiencing while you are in town.<br />

MINDIL BEACH SUNSET MARKETS<br />

Are you into weekly bazaars and markets? This is the ultimate haven<br />

for you. From the 25th of April to October, Darwin opens its doors<br />

to market goers as they showcase their popular weekly market<br />

which features a multitude of stalls from different walks of the earth.<br />

From arts to crafts, cuisine and entertainment? Name it, they have<br />

it. A combination of great food with an elated atmosphere, one<br />

must really experience this. Lastly, before you cap the night away, a<br />

good picnic dinner by the beach while the sun spectacularly waves<br />

goodnight to you, is a superb experience.<br />

CHARLES DARWIN NATIONAL PARK<br />

If you are a type of a nature tripper, this national park is the best<br />

for you to know more about Darwin’s mangrove habitats, relics of<br />

Darwin’s involvement in the WWII is also here.<br />
