GENERAL INFORMATION<br />

regret that we cannot stop at any other point<br />
unless agreed with the organiser, to pick up or put<br />
down. The organiser reserves the right to refuse<br />
to include any member they feel is not sufficiently<br />
able-bodied to follow the itinerary. Members are<br />
responsible for their own travel insurance.<br />
BUYING YOUR TICKET<br />
Please produce<br />
your membership<br />
card together with the correct money. Have<br />
prepared your choice of the menu if applicable.<br />
Final ticket booking: All tickets must be booked<br />
and paid for on or before the last Thursday coffee<br />
morning before the event. Late phone bookings<br />
cannot be accepted. Members are advised to<br />
attend the last Thursday before a trip in<br />
case there are any last-minute alterations.<br />
REFUNDS<br />
Cannot be given for tickets,<br />
unless the organiser is notified<br />
