Lesson 7 of 13 Controls Spending Limitations The ProCard has the following spending limits imposed on all cards: Single Transaction Limit - $1000 Monthly Limit - $7500 A Merchant Category Code (MCC) is the four-digit number the credit card industry uses to classify a merchant’s business. The MCC is what allows HISD to track and prohibit certain purchases.
