In summer, many factors affect the skin: 

increased activity of the sun, heat, wind, sea 

salt, city dust, i.e. load increases, making 

the skin weaker. 

From the summer heat, the skin becomes 

moist, but not moisturized. Under the 

influence of sunlight, photoaging is faster. 

We ourselves also provoke the appearance 

of wrinkles on the face when we squint from 

the sun! 

In summer, the skin tries to protect itself from 

the sun: it becomes thicker, rougher, the 

sebaceous glands work more actively. And 

if we fight this fat, we will cause dehydration 

of the skin! 

What protection does our skin need in the 

summer? Cleansing, protection, care! 

And although it’s too early for children and 

teenagers to worry about wrinkles, they 

also need to take care of their skin in order 

to stay young for as long as possible! 

Skin cleansing in summer. 

In summer, the air is warmer, more humid, 

dusty, due to which the number of bacteria 

on the face multiplies, clogging of the pores 

occurs, the sebaceous glands begin to 

work in an intense mode. This environment 

is ideal for the development of acne, acne, 

inflammation. Therefore, you need to 

thoroughly cleanse the skin in the summer! 

But it should not be hard, because skin is 

already exposed to the environment. 

When to cleanse your face when you come 

from the street, as well as in the evening 

before bedtime? 

It is better to cleanse your face in summer 

with products that do not contain soap 

and alkali (foam, mousse, cosmetic milk). 

You can’t wash yourself with cold water

soap, because it dries the skin! You can use

moisturizing, sunscreen. It is better to 

choose an emulsion instead of a cream. 

After you apply the cream, wait, let it soak, 

and then remove the excess cream with a 

napkin. 

Be sure to use a night moisturizer! Choose 

it carefully, because the cream should be 

light, moisturizing, nourishing. You need to 

choose a cream, which contains vitamin C, 

vitamin E, antioxidants, active moisturizers. 

You can’t use creams that you used in winter, 


in the summer, because winter creams are 

fatter, and in summer they clog pores, the 

skin sweats! 

Apply moisturizing masks twice a week. 

Or masks maded independently from 

vegetables fruits, or ready from the store. 

Tone the skin in the morning, using ice (you 

can frozen herbal decoctions). Wipe your 

face with an ice cube and rest, do not wipe 

yourself - let the healthy water soak in! 

Skin protection from the sun.

yourself!

sunscreen.

the summer, they increase the sensitivity of 

the skin to the sun! 

Protect your skin from summer dust. 

In summer, do not go with bare skin, as dust, 

bacteria attack your skin everywhere! Put 

them a barrier - use day cream and powder. 

The powder will fill your pores, preventing 

dust from filling there. 

In summer, use loose powder or mineral 

powder. It must be applied by light veil, it 

will not make makeup heavier.

and mousse for washing. 

Do not use lotions and tonics, which include 

alcohol, as he will increase sebum secretion. 

In summer, especially carefully select a 

day cream for oily skin, as oily skin, after 

cleansing, loses the sebum that protects 

it and becomes sensitive to environmental 

influences. Summer day cream should 

be easy! When choosing products with a

the SPF filter. 

If the face sweats after applying the day

Drive the use of facial cleansing masks to 

your summer skin care program. They are 

is necessary to do twice a week, or every 

other day. Clay masks are suitable for oily 

skin. Do not forget about the powder! Before 

adjusting makeup, you need to pat the skin 

with a damp cloth, wait for it to dry, and then 

powder your face.
