What are the main actions and
achievements of your mandate for the city and
region.
Throughout my five terms as State Deputy, I have
always worked hard to ensure good quality public
policies and actions for Indaiatuba and the region.
Among my actions focused on the City of Indaiatuba, I
highlight: Installation of Poupatempo; Environmental
Licensing for installation of the Capivari-Mirim River
Dam; resources for construction of popular homes in
the Campo Bonito Neighborhood, among others;

resources for installation of UPA in Jardim Morada do
Sol, among other UBS’s; resources for the construction
of the new police station; resources for construction of
the new Bus Terminal; resources for installation of the
Water Museum; indication for implantation of Centro
Dia e Permanência José Theodoro Dias (Center of the
Elderly); technical structure of accessibility in the Rui
Barbosa Library for the visually impaired; resources for
the installation of the Children’s Park in the Ecological
Park; among other actions and resources aimed at
paving roads, school reforms, public safety equipment,
structures aimed at sports practice, etc.
Indaiatuba offers great differentials
to attract new investors.
I also highlight actions and resources aimed at
paving, housing, health, education and leisure in other
neighboring cities.
Congressman Rogério, in your
opinion which differentials Indaiatuba offers to
potential investors?
Indaiatuba offers great differentials to attract new
investors. First of all, the Municipal Master Plan
that defines the areas destined to the industrial and
business installation in a totally ordered way and next
to the highways that give access to the International
Airport of Viracopos and to the State Capital, allowing
optimization of logistics and competitiveness. In the same
plan, Indaiatuba counts on infrastructure of excellence,
due to its capacity of water supply and sewage collection
and treatment, corroborating with the environment
and sustainable development. This organized urban
development, which has also been concerned with
the strategic delimitation of residential areas, also
guarantees excellent quality of life for citizens who,
at the same time, have several leisure areas such as
parks, museums, theater, commercial centers, among
other spaces available to the public.
The City also offers a considerable number of
schools (private and public), hospitals and health
equipment, a modern public safety system and service,
as well as guaranteeing a qualified workforce by
having University (UNIMAX), Colleges (FATEC,
Anhanguera), and with the FIEC - Indaiatuba
Foundation for Education and Culture - a municipal
authority that offers technical education through free
