Booth Family Announces Ary Land Co. Will List Popular Commercial <strong>Hunting</strong> Ranch<br />

1,150-Acre Bow Tie Ranch, $380K Booked into 2020, FOR SALE<br />

CAMERON, OK, August 1, 2019 – Tony and Leslie Booth have announced that they will be listing the Bow Tie <strong>Hunting</strong> Ranch<br />

for sale through Ary Land Co, a Keller Williams Advantage affiliate. The Booths have owned the popular 1,150-acre<br />

commercial hunting ranch since 2015, and are putting it up for sale to pursue other interests.<br />

“It’s been a great dream-come-true to run a first-class commercial hunting facility with lodging, cooking, and a fantastic staff,”<br />

Tony Booth explained. He went on to say that he has learned a lot running the “full 5-star rated business.”<br />

Under the Booths’ watch, the Bow Tie <strong>Hunting</strong> Ranch has been serving over 600 clients a year from all over the United States.<br />

They are currently booked out until May 2020. “We are hoping to find a great new buyer to keep this incredible ranch going<br />

strong and maybe even to the next level,” the Booths said.<br />

The Bow Tie <strong>Hunting</strong> Ranch has over 1,000 animals on location and offers guided hunts of whitetail deer, hogs, bull elk, bison,<br />

red stag, fallow deer, and more. All of the staff have agreed to stay on, and Ranch Manager Lee Peters said he is excited to<br />

see where the ranch can go next. The Booths will be staying in the area and are willing to train and assist the next owner with<br />

the transition.<br />

The Booths would like to thank all their clients, friends, and vendors, and their staff, for making their dream a success. “We<br />

can say we did it, and we did it awesome,” they said.<br />
