The Sentinel Retreat Centre is located on the shores of Kootenay Lake<br />

in beautiful British Columbia, 7 minutes south of <strong>Kaslo</strong>. The Sentinel<br />

exists to realize the full potential of humanity, and is committed to<br />

offering the most cutting edge practices to participants, who in turn will<br />

Honouring the personal nature of transformation, the Sentinel offers a<br />

the healing peace of the Purcell Mountains. The Sentinel provides<br />

luxurious accommodation along with delicious farm-to-table gourmet<br />

cuisine, and access to the Maloca, the 36 ft. timber frame roundhouse,<br />

a cedar hot tub and sauna, as well as body and energy work.<br />
