by students of Ubonratchathani Vocational College.<br />
The students earlier won an award in the International<br />
Snow Sculpture Competition in Harbin, China.<br />
The candle procession tells the story of the 10 th part of<br />
Vessantara Jataka (the 10 th birth tale of the Buddha)<br />
which conveys a philosophy of giving.<br />
