Meet “Ace”, my new custom Fender<br />
Strat. I named him Ace after Ace<br />
Frehley, one of my biggest guitar<br />
heroes and inspiration. In honor of<br />
him, it features a cherry sunburst<br />
finish and three Dimarzio pickups.<br />
Ace is known for putting a Dimarzio<br />
Super Distortion in the bridge position,<br />
which I’ve done several times<br />
myself, but this guitar features a<br />
Dimarzio Norton because it will be<br />
used for Can You Feel It, which is<br />
tuned down to Standard D, therefore<br />
requiring a less darker pickup. The<br />
guitar sounds awesome and I can’t<br />
wait to bring it on tour! Big thanks<br />
to Fender, Dimarzio and The Fret<br />
