poor decidual reaction. A yolk
sac and embryo were not seen,

Diagnoses: Female Pelvis

Findings were suspicious for
failed pregnancy; however,
MSD was < 25 mm and followup
was obtained. (Right)
Follow-up transvaginal
ultrasound in the same patient
shows findings compatible
with interval complete
abortion. There is a thin
endometrial strip with no
residual endometrial contents
ſt. Note small persistent
decidual cysts st.
