Perigraft Fluid Collections
(Left) Axial NECT shows a
large fluid collection
representing a lymphocele st
in the right pelvis. The renal
allograft is displaced medially.
Hydronephrosis is present
despite the ureteral stent .
(Right) Transverse color
Doppler US shows the same
patient after drainage of the
lymphocele st. Although the
lymphocele is smaller, the wall
is much thicker ſt. The renal
transplant is perfused .
Diagnoses: Kidney Transplant
(Left) Longitudinal oblique US
shows a large, septated
urinoma anterior to an
unremarkable renal transplant
st. Fluid aspirated from the
collection had a high
creatinine level. (Right) Axial
CT cystogram shows contrast
leaking ſt from the bladder at
the ureterovesical
anastomosis. The collection of
air and contrast lateral to
the bladder is a urinoma. A
drain st is present in the
collection and there is a
ureteral stent .
(Left) Longitudinal color
Doppler US shows a small
hematoma deep to the
renal transplant in a
patient on anticoagulants. The
hematoma was asymptomatic.
(Right) Axial NECT shows a
patient with pediatric en bloc
renal transplants who
developed intraperitoneal
hemorrhage st after
percutaneous biopsy.
Hemorrhagic ascites tracked
into the lower pelvis (not
shown).
