Diagnoses: Biliary System<br />

(Left) Transverse ultrasound<br />

shows a cluster of small<br />

shadowing gallstones in<br />

the gallbladder. Mild wall<br />

thickening st <strong>and</strong><br />

pericholecystic ſt fluid were<br />

secondary to pancreatitis.<br />

(Right) Left lateral decubitus<br />

ultrasound shows a layer of<br />

small, nonshadowing mobile<br />

gallstones . The gallbladder<br />

wall was normal.<br />
